Ingredients
2 fully ripe Kerala Banana/Plaintains
1/2 cup Maida
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cardamom powder
Coconut milk/milk as required
2 tsp sugar
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup greated coconut (optional)
Cooking oil for frying
How to make Banana Fritters
Cook bananas and peel it. In a bowl mash bananas nicely with your hand till no peices of it are left in the bowl. Add maida to it and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Add little coconut milk/milk to it to form the required consistency. Make small balls of dough and pat on a plastic sheet into circular shapes. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry them until brown and serve hot with any sauce.
