How to make Pulisserry


This recipe is prepared with thick and sour buttermilk


Ingredients

Thick butter milk
cuccumber 
Turmeric powder .
Salt -1 tsp.
Red chili powder.
Cumin powder 
Water -2 cups
Curry leaves 
Red chilies
Mustard seed 
Fenugreek seeds
Oil for seasoning

How to make Pulisserry



1) Cook cuccumber in water with salt and turmeric powder until tender. 
2) Add cumin powder while cooking. Reduce water to about 1 cup. 
3)  Add the butter milk to the mixture. Mix well and turn the heat off.


4)Season with oil, mustard seed, red chili, fenugreek seed and curry leaves.
