2) Pepper Powder
3) Fenugreek Powder
4) Turmeric Powder
5) Ginger (sliced)
6) Garlic (chopped)
7) Green Chili
8) Coconut Oil
9) Mustard Seed
10) Red Chili
11) Curry Leaves
12) Salt
How to make Moru Curry
1) Blend the curd without water. Add Pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, fenugreek powder, salt, then keep on fire and stir.
2) Stir well and remove from fire when heated. Do not let to boil.
3) In a pan pour coconut oil, put mustard, when the mustard starts popping add red chili (cut into 3) and curry leaves. Then pour the mixture to moru curry.
