Ingredients:
1) Kadala2) Shallot
3) Red chilly
4) Coriander
5) Garam Masala
6) Salt
7) Coconut Oil
8) Mustard
9) Red Chilly
10) Curry Leaves
11) Small pieces of Coconut
How to make Kadala Curry
1) Soak the kadala in water for 8 hours.
2) In a pressure cooker, boil the channa along with shallot.
3) Grind the Coriander, Masala and the Red Chilly.
4) Mix this with cooked channa, add salt and let it boil.
Remove from fire.
5) Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add red chilli, curry leaves and coconut pieces. Pour this to the channa curry.
6) You can also add coconut paste or coconut milk to the above curry to make the dish even more tasteful.
