How to make Open dosa



Ingredients

1)  rice
2)  urad dal
3) chutney powder
4) sliced potato

5) mustard

Making of Open dosa


                         Pour oil & ghee in a kadai, heat up and add mustard seeds add boiled potaoes and fry it. Make batter with rice and urad dal. Add chopped onion in it . Put tava on stove. Grease tava with oil or gee When it becomes hot pour a spoon of this batter and spread it. Put oil around the dosa. While cooking  spread chutney powder. Before serving mashed potatoes is placed on top.
