How to make vegetable stock

Stock is a flavoured water preparation. Here we uses different vegetables for this stock.



Ingredients

1) carrot
2) onions
3) turnip
4) parsely
5) butter
6) peppercorns
7) water
8) tomato puree/celery
9) salt


How to make vegetable stock

1) chop all vegetables and saute in butter
2) add peppercorns and tomato puree and salt
3) boil it
4) cover pan and simmer for 2 hours or untill the stock has developed a good flavour
