How to make Vegetable maida dosa



Ingredients

1) maida flour
2) water
3) salt
4) carrot
5) potatoes

6) onions
7) cooked green peas
8) green chillies
9) turmeric powder
10) mustard seed

Making of Vegetable maida dosa


                         Pour oil & ghee in a kadai, heat up and add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add urad dal, saunf and fry till they become slightly brown Add the onions and fry till it turns to pink color, then add the chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the potatoes, green peas, salt, turmeric powder and saute for few minutes and remove from fire.
Mix water, salt and maida to batter. Put tava on stove. Grease tava with oil. Pour on spoon of batter to tava and spread it. Add this masala to dosa.
