Ingredients
1) rice
2) urad dal
3) Dried red chillis
4) chopped onion
5) Salt to taste
6) curry leaves
7) Mustard
making of Spicy dosa
Put pan on stove add mustard, then add chopped onion and curry leaves to frying pan. Soak rice and urad dal separately. Add dried red chillies in rice and urad dal and make batter. Pour the seasoning to the batter. Put tava on stove. Grease tava with oil or gee When it becomes hot pour a spoon of this batter and spread it. Put oil around the dosa.
