The main ingredient of parippucurry is parippu( green gram dhal). this dish is commonly served with rice, chapattis etc
Ingredients
1) Lentils(green gram dhal)
2) Water
3) Coconut oil
4) Curry leaves
5) Grated coconut
6) Garlic
7) Cumin seeds
8) Turmeric powder
9) Salt -to taste
1) Lightly fry the lentils in a pan.Add two cups of water&turmeric powder to the fried dhal and boil.
2) Add grinded coconut,cumin seeds,garlic to boiled dhal.Mix well and add water if needed.

How to make parippucurry
