Ingredients
1) rice and urad dal
2) water
3) salt
4) carrot
5) potatoes
6) onions
7) cooked green peas
8) green chillies
9) turmeric powder
10) mustard seed
11) mint chutney
Making of Green dosa
Pour oil & ghee in a kadai, heat up and add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add urad dal, saunf and fry till they become slightly brown Add the onions and fry till it turns to pink color, then add the chillies and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the potatoes, green peas, salt, turmeric powder and saute for few minutes and remove from fire.
Make batter with rice and urad dal. . Put tava on stove. Grease tava with gheeWhen it becomes hot pour a spoon of this batter and spread it. Add the vegetables to top of dosa. Serve this dosa with mint
