Roasted rice powder 1 1/2 cup
Coconut 1/2 greated
Onion sliced 2
Green chilly 4 chopped
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
How to make Rice Vada
In a bowl mix rice powder, grated coconut, cumin seeds, onion and salt. Add water little by little and knead
well to make soft dough. Shape dough into small balls and roll out like small vada.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it. Serve it hot.
