How to make Kappa curry( tapioca with coconut)



Ingredients

1) Tapioca
2) Coconut
3) Green chilles
4) Turmeric
5) Garlic          
6) Red onions
7) Salt
8) Curry leaves
9) Coconut oil
10) Red onions
11) Split black gramd

How to make Kappa curry( tapioca with coconut)




Peel and dice tapioca. Wash well. Bring to boil. Add salt and a little cold water and reheat. Grind together coconut, green chillies, turmeric, garlic, and red onion. Add ground ingredients to tapioca. Mix well. Remove from fire and add the curry leaves.  Heat oil in a fry pan.  Add sliced onion and split black gram. When they brown, add tapioca preparation. Stir well and remove from fire.
