Ingredients
1) 2 cups rice2) 2 tomatoes
3) ½ tsp cumin seeds
4) 6 red chillies
5) a small piece cinnamon stick
6) 2 green pepper, chopped
7) 1½ tsp salt
8) 1 to 2 tsp cooking oil
How to make Capsicum Rice
Cook rice with less water. grind tomatoes, cumin seeds, red chillies, cinnamon stick, and salt and keep it aside.Fry the chopped green peppers in little oil for a few minutes.Now add the grounded masala and continue to fry for a while.
Add cooked rice.
